Jacobs: Adapting a complex global campaign in order to meet
specific local market needs
Hercules spread the passion for Jacobs coffee around the world through a 360° adaptation and creative amplification of the ”Eva” campaign, localizing and completing complex post-production of master assets.
L’OR: Producing a world class TV campaign for JDE’s global flagship brand
Hercules created a new global TV commercial to support the product launch of L’OR Roast & Ground. Inspired by an existing creative concept, we took a fresh approach which ensured a brand consistent and memorable campaign, while delivering superior production values.
Merck: Enabling an atomic rebranding in 90 days
Hercules was tasked with rolling out a bold corporate rebranding addressing 55,000 employees in 66 markets, in only three months. Our mandate included transcreation and printing of corporate literature, sourcing and procurement of branded merchandise, end-to-end web shop management, and ongoing support from a dedicated Brand Help Desk.
RB: Leading the decoupling revolution with a more efficient operating model
Hercules worked with RB to channel all localization work into a streamlined operation, maximizing synergies and providing significant savings. Within six months, 55 local marketing teams were onboarded, and TV commercials localized for 14 Power Brands, all out of our Prague global hub.
Sanofi: Strengthening organizational structure with a centralized collaborative setup
Hercules was appointed the single production hub for CEE, localizing brand artwork across 10 health divisions for 390 different products. The shift to a central online collaborative process enabled us to deliver 2,600 print projects, simplifying Sanofi’s cross-market localization workflow and contributing to significant savings.
Iglo: Saving money and time whilst sustaining brand guardianship
Hercules was requested to generate savings by decoupling production from creative development, while maintaining brand consistency across Western Europe. Working closely with the central and local client marketing teams, Hercules managed to cut costs and timing in half, streamlining the client’s production organization and enhancing efficiencies in usage rights management.
